F-Council Connect provides an extreme safe, searchable database containing the profiles of tens of thousands of the most successful finance executives in China, and members can request sound advice from the executive best able to provide it through a privacy-protecting process. There are no bonds set up and all participants have consented to accept each others' authorized messages in advance. F-Council Connect definitely does not compose another social network. F-Council Connect policy strictly forbids spam messages, job solicitations, sales pitches, waste of time or improper information exchanges. We reserve the right to filter communications through F-Council Connect service that againsts F-Council Connect policy. At any time, a member need colleague advice can use the service to identify the senior finance executives best able to provide neutral advice. Then using the F-Council Network platform, then members can send that executive an e-mail-based request to communicate. Members who receive requests for advice are asked to reply within 48 hours.
