2013年跨境人民币业务取得了飞速发展，为了实现人民币国际化，中国人民银行一再为跨国公司提供跨境人民币业务开放政策，对银行的授权也大大提供了跨国公司和银行之间密切合作的便利，实现人民币对外开放。对于跨国公司资金管理而言，跨境人民币业务提供了怎样的契机，如何有效结合企业战略发挥政策优势，是每一位企业资金管理者需要深思的问题。F-Council特邀诺基亚西门子资金总监（大中华区和日本）何伟荣先生为各位讲述诺西的跨境人民币业务发展之旅。
Event Background
In 2013, as a global role for the yuan appears inevitable, there is the indication that RMB could dash into the big league of global currencies. To an extent, companies will benefit from the series of policies for cross-border RMB. On the other hand, it is imperative for enterprises to keep a close eye on the development and formulate a strategy to deal with capital. F-Council has appreciated invited Johnny Ho, who is head of regional treasury of Nokia Siemens Networks (China), for sharing NSN’s cross-border RMB development.

何先生是一位对资金及风险管理有着超过20年经验的专家，对外汇资金最新动态有着前瞻性的认识及判断，为企业资金管理创造极大的价值。何先生在新加坡金融银行业从业数年后，至爱立信任亚太区资金经理，之后又负责联想全球外汇管理工作，而后受聘于诺基亚西门子瑞士总部资金风险管理总监，于2012年调至中国负责诺基亚西门子大中华区及日本地区资金总监，专门负责跨境人民币业务项目的开展及其它资金管理事项。

Johnny is a highly proactive & dynamic treasury professional with more than 20 years of experience in treasury/risk management. He has plenty of banking knowledge and he is very familiar with international banking operational procedures and practices. Prior to NSN, Johnny had worked for a number of multinational companies such as Ericsson and Lenovo as the corporate treasury manager. Before he came to China, he was head of treasury risk management in NSN corporate in Switzerland. One of his missions in China is implementing NSN cross-border RMB business.
