上世纪70、80年代,日本丰田汽车工厂的JIT生产模式被欧美学者所发掘、研究,从此,“精益”这个词进入了全世界生产制造者的眼球。无论时间如何流逝、生产工艺如何提高,“精益”所代表的“杜绝浪费、提高整体生产效率”似乎始终保持着新鲜感和潮流性,永不过时。如今,众多学者们尝试将“精益”的理念放入企业管理领域的其他环节,对于“精益”来说,这是否将会是一个新的里程碑?又或者“水土不服”,无疾而终?
