活动介绍
应收账款的分析是监督企业应收账款情况的重要环节之一,了解企业应收账款的情况不仅可以及时对企业营运资金做出合理的安排,避免企业出现流动资金短缺,从而迫使企业大量举债致使经济效益下降的后果。
应收账款的管理则是从企业的流程设计上规避收款的隐性风险,建立争议发现及解决机制,并提供合理的激励制度使应收账款工作能更好地被执行。
然而不论企业如何谨慎,只要应收账款存在则企业必然需要承担一定的风险,如何做好坏账弥补准备、转嫁企业风险也是财务人员的必备技能之一。
除了财务的硬知识,要做好应收账款的管理工作,更需要有善于沟通的软技能,协调好各个部门之间的关系,从而获得更有效的应收账款数据信息,达到事半功倍的效果!

—目前有坏账,但是坏账率不算高,目前还在现金流承受范围。但是觉得这样的操作还是很有风险,希望了解怎么做好应收账款分析,以及一些比较难催收的案例怎么处理。

他自2011年7月加入瑞尔盛,通过自身丰富的经验及努力从根本改变了公司先前不甚良好的信用管理局面。为公司建立了一套完整的信用管理流程,包括客户评估流程、清帐对账流程、开票放单收款流程等。在该嘉宾及带领团队的努力之下,在不到两年的时间之内,公司的DSO下降了20天,超期比例降低了11个百分点,回款率提升了11个百分点,坏账金额从以前每年640万降到了30万。

Introduction
Receivables analyze is an important part to learn the condition of working capital, which can help you to make a reasonable arrangement of using cash and avoid taking on large amounts of debt.
Receivables management help to avoid the risk by designing the reasonable receipt process and the performance appraisal of various internal business departments as well as their rewards and punishment.
However, as long as the accounts receivables are existed, we need to take some risks. How to prepare for bad debts and pass on the risk is also one of the essential skills of financial person.
In addition to financial knowledge, to do a good job in the management of receivables needs more soft skills at communication, coordination of the relationship between the various departments, this can gain more effective data information about receivables and achieve the result of getting twice the result with half the effort.

He focus on enterprise credit risk management has more than 15 years, worked in multinational companies as a credit control manager like Motorola,Eaton etc. Since joining the current company in July 2011, he fundamentally changed the company’s credit management through their extensive experience and hard work. He also established a complete credit management processes, including client assessment process, clearing account reconciliation processes, invoicing & billing processes, and so on. Under the lead, the company’s DSO fell by 20 days, overdue ratio reduces 11%, return rate is raised by 11%, and annually by bad debts from 6.4 million to 300,000 in less than two years ’ time.
