产线工人的准确工时，到底如何确认？

产线工时确认的必要性，在上一期的“效率统计”环节中，已经得到广大会员的认可。出于成本分析的目的，一个产品在生产过程中，经历几道工序？花费多少时间？每道工序的成本是多少？……这些问题本身的答案将有助于企业精准核算每一件产品的真实成本。
但是，要想真正有效解决这些问题，我们将不得不再次面临一个“老生常谈”的话题——产线工人的效率，因为“料工费”三项中，只有工是最难准确计算的。而只有真正从实际着手，了解了工人每个小时都在干些什么，财务才能将实际的“工”准确地计算入产品成本中去。
通过第二期活动的交流后我们发现，要想精确核算产线工人的工作内容，不引入一些现代化科技手段，是无法准确、而且使人信服的。因此，找到具有类似执行经验的同行来进行经验的分享、给出指导意见，会是最好最有效的方法。

Necessity of production-line work, in the last issue of "statistical efficiency" section, has been recognized by the general membership. For costing purposes, a product in the production process, going through several processes? How much time? How much is the cost of each procedure?…… The answers to these questions alone will contribute to the accurate accounting of the true costs of each product.
However, to be truly effective solutions to these problems, we will again have to face a "cliché" topics--the efficiency of the production-line worker, because only workers are the most difficult to accurately calculate. Actually only really started, understand what the workers are doing every hour, finances can be the actual "work" accurate product cost calculation.
