Office Excel在财务中的应用——模拟运算表与动态图表

由于活动内容实操性非常强(Speaker会现场视频演示操作流程)，F-Council鼓励大家尽可能选用视频方式参与活动，可以一边学习一边实际操作(请确保自身网络带宽，以免卡顿，影响学习)。

为保证会员实际参会时的视频流畅无卡顿，F-Council将于11月18日活动当天上午10点-11点进行模拟视频测试，会员可以在当天该时间段内通过正常视频参与流程进入到测试平台，进行网络流畅性测试。(建议在线测试时间至少15分钟以上，以确保带宽测试与实际情况相一致)

由于各企业使用的Office版本情况不一致，F-Council提醒会员使用2007及之后的Office版本(如2010、2013等)，对使用如2003等老版本的会员企业，可能会因为功能缺陷或界面不一致等问题，找不到讲师所使用的功能，特此提醒。

活动介绍：
       Office Excel是日常工作中经常使用的一种总结、分析、汇报的工具。财务部由于工作常年与数据打交道，在excel的使用技巧上，通常都非常熟悉与精通。实际工作中，无论是预算、成本分析还是税局申报等，Excel表格依然是财务的首选，也是企业与税局沟通的桥梁。

      模拟运算表主要应用在分析和预测阶段，辅助高层决策，对于需要大量运算假设的过程——如产品成本与利润预测、贷款计算等问题——能够节省非常多的机械运算时间，快速得出结果。

      动态图表主要应用于汇报阶段，对于财务来说，汇报过程中的数据寻找、框选等工作，能够通过动态图表快速展示而不用下拉太多行去寻找数据结果，不但使得界面整洁，也反映出财务在应对高层疑问时的胸有成竹。

      作为专业性特别强的Excel高级应用，也是F-Council首场IT应用类活动。我们选择视频会议的提供方式，除了希望Speaker现场的操作能够被更多会员反复观看练习之外，也希望通过本次一个半小时的活动，抛砖引玉，挖掘出更多会员在Excel应用方面的需求。

Introduction:

Office Excel is often routinely used as a summary, analysis, and reporting tool. Finance Department work year-round to deal with data, in the use of Excel skills, usually are very familiar and master. In practice, whether it is a budget and cost analysis or a tax declaration, Excel is still first choice for financial as well as bridges of communication with tax Bureau.

Analog data tables are mainly used in analysis and forecasting phase, aided decision, it needs a lot of assumptions--such as product cost and profit forecasts, issues such as how much loan-can save a noticeable amount of mechanical computation time, rapid results.

Dynamic Chart mainly used in the reporting period, financial, data search, boxes in the reporting process, such as work, dynamic charts quickly show through instead of having to drop down too much to look for results, not only makes the interface clean, also reflects the financial deal with high-level questions have answers.

As a particularly specialized Excel advanced applications, and F-Council first IT application event.
